Thanks to this strength training accessory, you can strengthen and tone several parts of your body such as your arms, your abs, your legs, your hips, your thighs and your waist. You can also perform a multitude of exercises, here are some examples.

For leg muscle strengthening

Place your feet on the pedals and bend your legs at 90 degrees. Keep the handle in your hand, lift your legs to 90° (right angle) and then fully extend your legs.

To tone the waist

Lie down with your legs straight and feet together. With the handle in your hand, lie down and sit up.

To work the shoulders

Stand on the mat with both feet in the pedals. Pull the band's handle upwards.

For each exercise you do, we recommend performing 2 to 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

Finally, the fitness accessory can also be used as a stretching support to prevent neck and lower back pain!
